There could be a variety of reasons why our providers haven’t been able to offer cover. It may be the medical condition itself, destination, whether it is an annual or single trip policy or a combination of reasons.

Include in your email that you did not get a quote and we will need the following information for the main policyholder:
- Date of Birth
- Number of travellers
In the meantime, if you tried an annual quote you might like to try a single trip quote. Our providers are more likely to offer cover on a single trip policy.
